# 4.  Vision and Mission of EOSI Finance

**Mission:** To build an AI‑powered, decentralised and community‑governed proprietary trading ecosystem that empowers traders and investors globally, promotes financial fairness and inclusion, and drives innovation in trading and asset management.

**Vision:** To be the leading decentralized platform for AI‑driven, on‑chain prop trading and **democratise access to trading capital and tools**, by bridging the gap between novices and professionals and expanding access to opportunities in digital assets and real‑world tokenisation.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**EOSI Finance**</mark> strives to:

* **Capital is provided by the community.** Individuals can contribute supported tokens to smart contracts that supply capital for evaluation and live accounts. Funds remain on‑chain and cannot be withdrawn by any central entity.
* **Traders are selected by governance.** Token holders vote to approve or remove professional traders. The platform itself does not select traders or provide advice; it simply enforces the results of governance via smart contracts.
* **AI enhances, but does not replace, human judgement.** EOSI Finance offers AI‑powered analytics and bots like <mark style="color:yellow;">**StandR Bot**</mark> to help users interpret data and execute trades. These tools are optional and configurable by users; no AI makes discretionary trading decisions on behalf of the platform.
* **Transparency and fairness are default.** All rules for evaluation, funding, payouts and risk limits are encoded in smart contracts and visible to everyone.
* **Participation is permissionless.** Anyone can propose a strategy, become a trader, or contribute capital, subject to governance approval and any legal restrictions we are required to enforce.
