# 5.7.6 Hybrid Prop‑DeFi Perp Exchange

In the longer term, EOSI Finance may integrate a decentralized proprietary perpetuals exchange that combines prop‑trading and DEX revenue streams. 

A hybrid decentralized perpetuals module would allow traders to open leveraged positions directly within EOSI Finance, generating trading fees for LPs while maintaining transparent risk controls. 

Any exchange functionality would be delivered via open‑source smart contracts and third party APIs if applicable, and users would remain subject to the Legal and Compliance Considerations outlined in Section 14.
