# 💡 8.3 Developer Incentives and Governance

To attract developers, <mark style="color:$primary;">**EOSI Finance**</mark> offers:

* **Revenue Sharing:** agents earn a portion of subscription or performance fees. The platform retains a share for maintenance and buybacks.
* **Token Rewards:** developers who publish top‑performing agents may receive <mark style="color:$success;">**EOSIF**</mark> grants or exclusive NFTs. Incentive programmes could mirror hackathons or bug bounties.
* **Open Source Tools:** SDKs, API documentation and code samples help developers build agents quickly. Templates for risk management and multi‑chain interactions are provided.
* **Governance Participation:** developers can propose improvements to the marketplace, such as new scoring metrics or additional features. Proposals are voted on by the community.
* **Licensing Models:** developers may license their agents under various terms (e.g., open source with fees, proprietary with subscription). Agents could be packaged as tokenised intellectual property (IP) rights, enabling resale or fractional ownership.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://eosi-finance-1.gitbook.io/eosi-finance-documentations/eosi-finance/8-ai-agent-and-strategy-marketplace/8.3-developer-incentives-and-governance.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
