# StandR Bot Legal Framework

A separate set of documents was drafted specifically for StandR Bot, tailored to its Telegram‑based trading assistant model:

* **StandR Bot Terms of Service** – covers eligibility, non‑custodial nature, user control, prohibited conduct and risk assumptions.
* **StandR Bot Privacy Policy** – details the limited data collected (wallet addresses, Telegram IDs, usage metrics) and how it is used.
* **StandR Bot Disclaimer** – clarifies the bot does not provide financial advice, warns of trading risks and emphasises jurisdictional restrictions.
* **StandR Bot Terms & Conditions** – summarises the Bot’s conditions of use, focusing on lawful usage, funding and execution, risk disclosure, termination rights and amendment process.
