StandR Bot Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) describe the conditions under which you may access and use the StandR Bot. They complement the StandR Bot Terms of Service and EOSI Finance Terms of Service. By interacting with StandR Bot, you agree to abide by these T&Cs.

1. Use of StandR Bot

1.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and not located in a restricted jurisdiction to use StandR Bot.

1.2 StandR Bot is provided exclusively for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Bot to facilitate any illegal activity, including market manipulation, fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing or circumvention of sanctions.

1.3 You are responsible for maintaining security of your wallet and devices used to interact with StandR Bot. Loss of private keys, seed phrases or access credentials may result in loss of funds, and EOSI Finance cannot recover them for you.

1.4 You may stop using StandR Bot at any time by withdrawing your funds and revoking any permissions granted to the Bot’s smart contracts.

2. Funding and Execution

2.1 All deposits to the StandR Bot are non‑custodial. The Bot will execute trades only within the parameters and limits you set. You accept full responsibility for any trades executed by the Bot on your behalf.

2.2 Trading via StandR Bot entails network transaction fees (gas). You are solely responsible for paying such fees. Fees may fluctuate based on network conditions.

3. No Warranties

3.1 StandR Bot is offered “as is” and without any warranties regarding accuracy, reliability or performance. You acknowledge that algorithmic or AI‑driven trading may produce erroneous or unexpected results.

4. Risk Disclosure

4.1 Crypto markets are volatile. Using StandR Bot carries a high risk of loss. You understand and accept these risks before engaging with the Bot.

5. Termination and Suspension

5.1 EOSI Finance may suspend or terminate your access to StandR Bot for any reason, including violation of these T&Cs, suspicious activity or legal obligations.

5.2 Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining funds promptly. We may prevent further trading and withdraw capabilities if we suspect illicit activity.

6. Amendments

6.1 We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Updates will be published via the Bot, on some of our social media platforms or on our website. Continued use of StandR Bot after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.
